Republican Fellowship Meets! The Lower
Southampton Republican Fellowship met for the first time on May 28, 2009.
Hosted and organized by the Lower Southampton Republican Committee (LSRC), the
fellowship meeting, held at Lamberti's Cuchina in Lower Southampton, was
attended by over 30 township residents and business owners. The Republican Fellowship is a
community action group with a mission to Provide
community involvement opportunities for residents of and business owners in
Lower Southampton Township. This first meeting offered residents an opportunity to learn
more about the plans and objectives for the fellowship and to engage in an open
discussion about the issues facing the residents and businesses in Lower Southampton.
"This opportunity is unprecedented," explained LSRC Chairman Joe
McFadden. McFadden went on to say that "These people got really
fired up and involved in the group discussions and most expressed real
interest in staying involved and playing roles in the 2009
campaign." |
